Ghost Finger Puppets


Ghost:
Using H hook with medium worsted yarn.
To begin, ch 4, join in a ring with a sl st. Ch 1.
Round 1: Sc 6 times in the ring. Join rnd, ch 1.
Round 2: 2 sc in each sc around (12 sc total). Join rnd, ch 1.
Round 3-7: Sc in each sc around. Join rnd, ch 1.
Round 8: *2sc in next sc, 1 sc in next sc* repeat from * to *
Round 9: *2sc in next sc, 1 sc in next 2 sc* repeat from * to*
Round 10-13: Sc in each sc around. Join rnd, ch 1.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Finishing:
Add the face to finish off the Ghost I choose wiggly eyes but if you are using these for kids younger than 3 years old use black yarn and embroider the eyes.

Bat Finger Puppets


Finger Puppets Base:
Using H hook with medium worsted yarn.
To begin, ch 4, join in a ring with a sl st. Ch 1.
Round 1: Sc 6 times in the ring. Join rnd, ch 1.
Round 2: 2 sc in each sc around (12 sc total). Join rnd, ch 1.
Round 3: Sc in each sc around. Join rnd, ch 1.
Round 4-12: Rep Row 3.
Round 13: Sc in first two sc, sc dec over next two sc, *sc in next two sc, sc dec over next two sc*, rep from * to * around (9 sc total). Join rnd with a sl st to the first sc.
Fasten off and weave in ends.

Bat Wings (make1):

ch 15
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across
Row 2: Ch 1, turn, sc in first sc, 2 hdc in next sc, sc in next sc, sl st in next 8 sc, sc in next sc, 2 hdc in next sc, sc in last sc -
Row 3: Ch 1, turn, sc in first sc, (hdc, dc) in next hdc, (dc, hdc) in next hdc, sk next sc, sl st in next 8 sl st, sk next sc, (hdc, dc) in next hdc, (dc, hdc) in next hdc, sc in last sc

Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Ears (make 2):

ch 3
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in next ch

Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Finishing:

Sew wings onto the back of the body. Then sew ears on the top of the body.
